Cambia is a Health Insurance provider in Oregon and Washington. Claims are complicated and users need clarity. The old version was more visual with big mostly empty boxes that opened modals for claim details and action. It was tedious, and took forever to load. The search functionality wasn't discoverable, but it was well engineered and under utilized. Filters had little user engagement despite being key to organizing lots of data.

User interviews pointed to a simplified experience with easily accessible information and actions. So that's what I designed.
